Marcos Garrido, MSc, has over two decades of experience in software development and product management, working full time with Agile Teams since 2008. Marcos is a Guest MBA professor of the Business School at the Catholic University, teaching the Agile mindset mostly to C-Level students. He also teaches Scrum, Lean Startup, Management 3.0 and Facilitation techniques around the globe.

Garrido spoke in several events throughout the world, including 12 Scrum Gatherings (São Paulo, Munich, Orlando (2x), New Orleans, Rio de Janeiro (4x), Phoenix, Porto and Prague) and major Agile events worldwide. His main interest areas include product management and digital transformation.

As part of the small group of 15 people in the United States with both CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) and CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) certifications, Garrido has an extensive international experience. He’s coaching and teaching classes in Europe, USA and Latin America, achieving more than 3000 certified students in more than 200 classes so far.

Since 2008, Rodrigo de Toledo has been spreading agile methodologies in Brazil.He has organized events like Agile Brazil (2009/10/11/12), and he has given training for more than 2000 professionals in Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices.

As an agile coach, Rodrigo was able to help several companies, including startups, financial institutes and Brazilian government organizations.

He has worked for more than 10 years in different projects for Petrobras (the Brazilian oil company), playing different roles: senior researcher, software engineer, scrum master and product owner.

In 2010, Rodrigo de Toledo became a Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). In 2007 he finished his Ph.D. at the INRIA institute in France. Rodrigo has several academic papers and he has a significant experience as undergraduate and graduate professor.

Rafael Sabbagh has over two decades of experience with a variety of enterprise IT projects, programming languages, and software development methods and techniques.

He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and a member of the Scrum Alliance Board of Directors. He has a master’s in business and a Computer Engineering degree and has over two decades of experience with IT.

Rafael has done training and consulting in over 20 countries in the last few years, including Peru, Colombia, India, Hong Kong, Canada, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, UK and many others. He is Brazilian and an European Union citizen, and he speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish fluently.
