A Certified ScrumMaster® helps project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the likelihood of the project’s overall success. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical project managers.
CSMs act as “servant leaders”, helping the rest of the Scrum team work together and learn the Scrum framework. CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions.
Knowledge21’s CSPO class provides the official Scrum Alliance content, plus present-day additional topics. These include Lean Startup concepts such as product metrics and building products in MVPs.
Learn how to work as a Product Owner. Real life scenarios, group discussions and group assignments will help you learn how to write effective User Stories, how to prioritize your Product Backlog, how to calculate Return on Investment and how to maximize value delivered to your customers. This is an official class provided by a Certified Scrum Trainer with extensive experience as a Product Owner.
Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
In this agile training, the attendees learn how to use/implement advanced techniques such as Continuous Integration/Delivery, automated tests and how to develop using clean code techniques. The classes are highly interactive and each topic is problem-based using a Coding Dojo format.
The main goal is to teach through experiments and exercises, allowing the students to retain the content and achieve better results in their projects.
